Dr. Samuel Gallaher

Head of Data Science

Sam combines PhD-level statistical expertise with auditing knowledge to create powerful data science models based on our analytics. Previously, he was the Audit Analytics Manager and Methodologist for the Denver Auditor’s Office, where he founded and led the Audit Analytics Team. With a background as an engineer, social scientist, and analytics manager, he brings over 17 years of experience in program and process evaluation using analytics. He has taught analytics courses to auditors around the world and served as part-time faculty at the University of Colorado Denver’s School of Public Affairs, where he taught graduate courses in Evidence-Based Decision Making, Research Methods and Statistics, and Policy Analysis.
