Mike Monroe is the founder and CEO of Koa Hills Consulting, a technology and management consulting firm. Since 2010, Koa Hills has delivered exceptional professional services - both in-person and remote - including ERP implementations, business process re-engineering, project management, managed services, financial software consulting, software training, strategic technology planning, and software development.

Mike has successfully grown Koa Hills Consulting to include 17 employees and many highly skilled third party resources. Prior to founding Koa Hills, Mike spent 13 years serving as a software consultant for a major ERP vendor. His extensive experience as a software product consultant led him to excel as a project manager as well. He has successfully managed a number of large-scale, complex software implementations where he coupled his in-depth technical skills with structured project management.

In his role as President and CEO at Koa Hills, Mike is responsible for all company operations and final hiring decisions. He has attracted an incredible group of talented professionals who are extremely dedicated to Koa Hills and its clients. Under Mike’s leadership, Koa Hills has developed a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and according to specification.
